A convenient stop along I-15. The regular Starbucks fare of coffee, pastries, and some nice grab-n-go breakfast/lunch options. I found the service to be very friendly, quick, efficient, and made correctly. Lots of parking. Easy access. Close to many other stores and quick food options. I definitely would stop here again on my travels.

Was severely disappointed by our most recent visit this afternoon. Previously had only positive experiences at this location. Unfortunately, today the older, balding, thin man had a snooty attitude and was smacking gum while taking our order. It felt like he was talking down to us. Definitely not the usual Starbucks treatment. This guy needs politeness training. The 3 star rating is an average of the 5 stars I previously gave this location and the 1 star it felt like today. Felt bad after coming here. Hope this is not the norm now.

I want a coffee shop that speaks human not starbucks. Get this a breve means with 1/2 & 1/2 and no whip means NO WHIPPED CREAM FURTHER RUINING AN ALREADY CRAPPY CUP OF COFFEE! WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT! Followed by I do not care if there are 30 cars in the damn drive thru; I was here first, my coffee should be made first not after 5 cars get theirs! At 9.00 for a cup of coffee you'd think you'd get it right.

This starbucks is great. It's a nice place to get a grab and go drink but also is great for a nice sit down meal or studying session. The employees are all very nice and quick (service wise). My only complaint is that it's located inconveniently from the center of town. I really wish there were more Starbucks in Cedar.

When you make a double mistake on a customers drink, do not get defensive and blame the customer. Try to make it right as I just spent $30 on drinks at your store. It is pretty sad when the management at a Starbucks is completely irrational. You get 1 star for being the worst Starbucks I have ever visited.

If i could give this place zero star, i would do it. My sis and i stopped by here and got really bad services ever. We are loyal customers of Starbucks for years. But the workers at this location gave us a horrible attitude when we just asked for exactly what we ordered. Is this the way the manager trained them to serve their customers? So bad!!!!!

Seriously the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Considering I am on my way back to Cali from Utah and Starbucks is scarce, there is no reason with 7 people behind the counter 2 at the registers that it #1 takes forever for girl to get my order in the ]computer and #2 for my drink to take so long when all machines going. It actually made no sense to me. For a 6.16 triple vente non fat peppermint mocha w/ no whip, service should have been a bit quicker and next time please dont make it with so much peppermint that I feel like I just freshly brushed my teeth everytime I take a sip. :)

I always love going to this location. It's one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to because each and every barista puts their personal touch into what they do. They're always so sweet, and whenever there has been an issue they happily and quickly resolve it. I'm definitely a loyal Starbucks customer, this place is extraordinary. It's Starbucks. What else can you expect. The only thing going for this place is the amazing staff. Other than that, the drinks are overpriced. Clean and modern. Nice for a quick cup of drip coffee or a nonfat soy milk mocha caramel venti latte with a splash of sugar free vanilla over ice, shaken not stirred, then blended with whipcream on top.

Another example of the lack of Yelping in Southern Utah. No photo and the place has been open about 5 years? Come on people, let's get with it. The staff was very nice and efficient and I was on my way to St. George in no time with my quad espresso over ice.

Walk in, only two other parties in the store-5 people total and I still stood at the register with *5* employees walking back and forth not saying a word to me, for at least 5 minutes. The girl making the drinks with a headset half on finally decides to ask what I want. After finishing my drink I waited about another 5 minutes before I was able to pay for it. I should stick to the drive thru because they seem to be on their shit when it comes to the window.

Excellent, friendly service here! The barista noted that my husband's cappuccino was too heavy, and even though my husband said not to worry about it, he remade it immediately. My eggnog latte wasn't quite hot enough, but the service was so friendly and cheerful that I didn't mind.

Friendly, somewhat slow service. I always get ice chunks in my drink. It isn't very busy here, so you can get your coffee, stake out a seat and enjoy your drink and free wifi. They completely forgot my sister's drink and she had to go up and remind them. Overall, don't be in a hurry--although, who's in a hurry in southern Utah?--don't expect a perfect frappuccino, and you'll like this laid back starbucks.

Had to say order twice because rather than writing it down they would rather get it wrong & irritate a customer. Barista made my coffee wrong then has to ask again for a third time how to make my drink. I explained to her why I don't want foam and she rolled her eyes and ignored me. It went on from there... Turns out the barista was the manager because when I asked the other employees they wouldn't give her name either. If you're proud of your horrible attitude, you should stand behind it. By refusing to give your name and own your unprofessionalism you are basically saying I can treat you like crap without consequence. Well, I called the DM I was so mad about the manager being such a mess. It's the only Starbucks in town and that manager certainly doesn't give 2 craps about that place.

This Sbux, like pretty much all of them, is excellent. They will make the drink however you want with a smile. Free Wifi, free refills, free samples, comfy couches, open at 530am. Clean and the staff is very friendly. Price is consistent with any coffee house.
